    wells fargo--unfair practices I work at Wells and witness daily, institutional stealing and cheating going on with management approval. Wells sets its sales quotas so high (for "customer service" workers) that many resort to outright lying to sell customers on services. Others just add services to accounts without even asking. If the customer puts up a stink, the charges are usually reversed, but if not....the charges go on indefinitely. Wells will say it has quality control and fires workers for these offenses and it does from time to time, but usually when the worker is cheating Wells Fargo....not customers. It's a truly awful bank.
